Abstract Guidelines

Extension Deadline: April, 23th

Abstract submission will be carried out using the electronic platform only.
Note that logging within the electronic platform is required prior to abstract submission.
Once you have logged in the system you will find the abstract submission instructions on "Send Abstracts" Menu.

Please follow format instructions given in our abstract template.

Abstract Submission Guidelines


Will be submitted in English.
The submitting author is responsible for the scientific content and format of the abstract.

Types of presentations

You can choose among three presentation types:

  • Oral Communications: 15 minutes (postdoctoral fellows and young researchers starting an independent career will be preferred)
  • Flash Communications & Poster: 5 minutes (designed for PhD students) and poster (90cm width and 120 cm height)
  • Poster ( posters will be maximum 90 cm width and 120cm height)

The Scientific Committee will determine the acceptance and final format of presentations


All abstracts will be written using the template (find template here).
Abstracts will be published in black and white, in the same format as your uploaded document.
Authors will be identified by their first name initials and surnames.
University/ institution of the origin of the authors.
Abstracts should not exceed on A4 page. 
Save the abstract as MSWord (.doc or .docx) format. 
Required to be attached on the platform.


If you want your communication to be included in the book of abstracts, please upload your abstract in MSWord format (.doc or .docx) on the congress platform.
Your abstract will appear in the book at the same format as your uploaded document.

Important dates

Submission deadline until, April 15th 2019. Extension Deadline: April, 23th 2019
To include your abstract, you must register and pay the fees before May 8th, 2019
